Birthday Boy!!

Mr. Auguste Henry turned one years old, and I was invited to come celebrate and take pictures of the fun event. It was great to see their family and friends from out of state and out of town come together to celebrate his big first year.

 I couldn't help but think during the shoot of how much a baby changes and learns and grows during that first year. It is pretty amazing everything that happens...and pretty exciting for the parents to say that they survived!

Sweet Baby Girl!

Funny how time flies and life gets away from you! I've been very busy and tunnel vision with my job, but have found the time recently to do a really fun photo shoot with one of my husband's old friends that he used to play music with. It had been quite a long time since I've seen this friend, so it was fun catching up while taking pictures of her very sweet baby girl Aurelia (Reli for short!).

Isn't she sweet? I do love capturing the new-ness of a baby. It is such a reminder of how amazing life is!
